I'm very proud to see the development of this temple. I was a regular at this temple when I was in kuantan for about 4 years (03-07) and the temple is indeed a divine presence within the Kuantan Indian Community.
For the construction activities, I'd strongly recommend to the temple committee to get a Safety & Health Officer / Supervisor to monitor the safety of the construction site. There are many Indian safety officers in Kuantan and maybe some can do the monitoring voluntarily. This is to ensure that there are no problems with the local authorities (DOSH/BOMBA) as well as to ensure that there are no injuries on temple grounds.
Looking forward towards coming back to the temple soon when I get back from Britain.
